For the rich client for the warranty processing created to provice a Windows frontend for legacy system, the requirements for response time and usability were clearly defined: scrolling between pages needed to be done within 1 second to ensure the end users were able to perform the same workload of devisions in the same time as in the legacy system.
Therefore a technical prototype was implemented to proof that requirement.
Based on a new architectural design the client was developed.
