In the role as Usability Engineer the UI of the system was designed and developed to support the buy-back of used cars and the appraisal of damages easier and intuitive. On a tablet locations of a damage could be clicked and the damage selected from a context menu.
The UX process was accompanied by UX experts from an internal research department.
